Provides Executive pay and practices information specifically directed to insurance industry positions functioning in the USA.
Serves the needs of insurance organizations that develop and manage health insurance plans, FCCS has conducted this comprehensive survey of Health insurance jobs and those roles that provide ongoing support to these positions.
Collects and reports total cash compensation and pay practices information on positions in Insurance Support, primarily in the P & C insurance industry. Pay data is provided on a national, regional and local basis, and includes line-of-business data cuts (national only).
Collects and reports pay information on P&C Insurance Call Center positions in Claims, Underwriting, Telesales, Processing, Human Resource Services, and Cross-Center positions. Pay data provided on a national and regional basis, by line-of-business (national only - for Commercial, Personal, and Multi-Lines designations).
Provides insurance organizations with current position compensation levels for use by participating organizations in their program planning. The data contained in this report focuses on total direct compensation, including: Annual Base Salary, Annual Incentive Awards, and expected value of recent Long-Term Incentive grants or awards.
