Fitzgerald's Compensation Consulting Services (FCCS) is a small family run business focused on presenting the best compensation data for it’s customers. FCCS strives to be accurate with its surveys and accommodating to customers needs.
The company hopes its breadth of surveys will handle what you need. But is always open to any suggestions you may have, whether it is as simple as adding a job or as large as creating a new survey.
Allan has more than 25 years of compensation management and consulting experience in helping companies effectively manage their compensation programs.
Allan has provided management and consulting services to leading organizations in construction management, financial services, technology, hospitality, manufacturing, insurance, real estate, telecommunications, not-for-profit and the public sector.
Prior to establishing Fitzgerald's Compensation Consulting Services in 1998, Allan's professional compensation experiences included: managing the compensation programs for a $13 billion asset insurance and financial services firm, a senior consultant providing domestic and international compensation consulting for a top four international human resources consulting firm, provided HR program management and consulting services to firms while resident in the Middle East, and held human resource / compensation management positions for various companies.
Allan holds a BBA-Accounting from California State University.
Sarah Fitzgerald Rawlings has been with Fitzgerald's Compensation Consulting Services, Inc. since July 2008. After working part time for FCCS for 4 years during college Sarah joined full time upon graduation.
Sarah graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Legal Studies.
