Fitzgerald's Agency / Brokerage Insurance Positions Survey

This survey provides agency and brokerage organization pay and practices information specifically directed to insurance industry positions. The results of this survey prove to be valuable to those involved in compensation survey analysis and employee pay program administration and design.

This survey collects individual incumbent pay related data by insurance industry brokerage segment (Health, Life, P&C, and Reinsurance) and by line-of-business (LOB) within the specific insurance industry segments.  Assigning specific industry segment and line-of-business codes will enable the survey participant to designate the specific type of insurance brokerage and insurance line(s) the incumbent has responsibility for handling.

Survey job titles and survey job descriptions may be designated for a specific industry segment or may be inclusive of all industry segments covered in this survey. Current job descriptions, except as noted in the description, apply to any single line or to multiple line responsibilities as indicated by the LOB code you provide for each incumbent.

This survey will report summary results for each survey job by company size (grouped by various reported scope values), and where sufficient populations of data are available, summary pay information will be provided by insurance industry segment, by line-of-business within the appropriate segment, and by geographic (region) locations.
